Before Conference
Annual Travel Acknowledgment Form (online) This online form must be complete each year. It is a very short and simple form which involves six check boxes. Complete this at the beginning of each fiscal year. Prior to travel authorization the PC Fiscal Agent checks that the Annual Travel Acknowledgment have been submitted. If you do not complete this online form, your travel is not authorized by MCCCD and you may be responsible for all registration and travel related cost.

AFPG Web site Maricopa Community College Districts Adjunct Faculty Professional Growth web site: The Adjunct Faculty Professional Growth Program is administered by the Maricopa Center for Learning and Instruction in the Academic and Student Affairs Division. The program provides funding assistance on a reimbursement basis to adjunct faculty employees to attend conferences, seminars, workshops, and professional meetings that are directly related to, and will enhance/update the applicant's teaching skills and will enhance the learning of students for the class taught by the applicant for the Maricopa Community Colleges.
