Page history last edited by Seth Goodman 12 years, 1 month ago

Title V is a program that "helps eligible institutions of higher education (IHEs) enhance and expand their capacity to serve Hispanic and low-income students by providing funds to improve and strengthen the academic quality, institutional stability, management, and fiscal capabilities of eligible institutions."  In 2009, Phoenix College was awarded $2.35 million over five years for its proposed project: Achieving Academic Success.
